About Red Admiral Ventures  

We are a team of professionals who understand the transformational journey of entrepreneurial businesses. We experienced it first hand!  We know that every change in condition is an opportunity for transformation. We are passionate about helping busy CEOs and their leadership teams navigate through changing conditions when growing from $1M to $50M in revenue.  

Our certified coaches and facilitators bring the best of business acceleration training and the fundamentals of organizational leadership to generate successful outcomes for our clients.

We know it’s more than us—it takes a community.

That’s why we invest in entrepreneurship programs, including partnerships with community organizations, to drive impact.

We invest our time, energy, and resources and 10% of our profit into programs that help entrepreneurs on their journey from idea to scale-up.  You will often see us volunteering at a startup weekend, speaking to future entrepreneurs at a university or community college, organizing events for entrepreneurs, or leading local entrepreneur programs. 

This year, Red Admiral Ventures is proud to be a participant in and volunteer contributor to the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) and to support their mission of Propelling women business owners into greater economic, social and political spheres of power worldwide .

Robin is the visionary leader of Red Admiral Ventures.  Her personal vision of transforming lives, livelihoods and communities through entrepreneurship drives every decision in the company and every client engagement.  

Robin has experienced multiple transformative journeys in her career and personal life – including this picture, taken while hiking the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu to celebrate her 50th birthday.

Diane’s deep understanding of all aspects of our butterfly metaphor for the complexity of positive growth. The role of organizational ethos and systemic alignment anchor all of our programs and are the heart of our company culture and communications in our own journey as a scale-up business.

Gary is a two time INC 500 CEO (#10 and #58) who has grown companies from $0 to $200M+ in revenue to exit (acquisition and IPO) and led the turn-around from Chapter 11 at public and private companies in multiple different industries - from computers to biotech to communication to cannabis. His expertise, wit, and first-hand understanding of the dynamics of leading high-potential businesses as a CEO and Board Member/Chair make him a top performer as a Coach and in top demand as a speaker at CEO groups, conferences, and events.
